CAN'T WE ALL JUST LIVE AT THE BEACH?
Hello ,
What are you reading these days? I'm on my fifth new release romance-comedy novel, and I enjoy the crazy sense of humor in these romcoms. There's a sense of community and support system for each female protagonist, a growing relationship with her love interest, and lots of zany dialogue and situations. They're fun! And aren't we all looking for happily-ever-after?
Recently, my friend Marcia and I drove to Bethany Beach, Delaware, for a Girls Gone Wild retreat. (Just the two of us. Probably not wild by your standards.) Actually, we sat on the balcony of our rented condo at Sea Colony and on the beach, swam in the large outdoor pool, and laughed and carried on about every little thing. Pretty tame, actually, but so much fun. As a caregiver, it was my first vacation time
away from my disabled husband in five years. A short, but rejuvenating getaway. I took the above photo from our balcony, and you might want to take note of the orb that kept appearing and wiggling around in many of my photos. Faery Sighting!!!
If the chaos from recent hurricanes in the US have touched you, your friends, or family, my prayers go out to you in
the rebuilding of something new and even better.
