WHAT IS LIFE IN THE PALACE?

Hello ,

The above oracle card is from my Card Deck of the Sidhe by Lorian Press. I love this one, for it promises a life of ease and abundance. When I first started randomly drawing this card, I would feel so happy, waiting for life in the palace to begin, knowing it was possible and on its way.

But I had it all wrong. Life in The Palace isn't some future, pie-in-the-sky moment. It's about here. And now.

Think about it and what this concept means to you. What is abundance for you? And ease? For me, it's having enough money to cover our expenses, with some trip cash, too. It's about spending quality time with friends, neighbors, and family, playing with my cats, and enjoying all the small moments of daily life. The ease part means I don't need to be part of the rat race. I can enjoy and take time for pleasure for myself. It's a process.

I have since begun living in The Palace. It's not every day, but a majority of them. When life gets crazy and hectic, just return to The Palace. Know that this is part of your birthright, and each and every one of us can attain abundance and ease if we set an intention for it. Maybe it's a lot about mindset and bouncing back.

GROUND YOURSELF FOR A LIFE OF GREATER EASE

If you find yourself feeling anxious, rushing, dropping things, spaced out, thoughts whirling, or whatever--you need to ground yourself. Whatever is going on in your day, you'll handle it better if properly grounded.

There are many ways to ground, including walking or sitting outside with bare feet on the ground. Some people get this by gardening. One quick method is to visualize a cord running from your tailbone and out the bottom of your feet that shoots down to the center of Mama Earth. You can imagine the layers your cord travels through or send a thick cord extending from your hips downward. It can be any color(s) and be made of light.

If done daily, you can expect a cumulative effect. Stay centered in your own heart by grounding. It's a great place to be!

DO WHAT LIGHTS YOU UP

We each have a unique path and only you know yours. Are your days filled with duty and doing things you don't enjoy? The Faery Way is to follow your passion, your bliss. Find activities you enjoy, connect with people you're eager to see. This may take time, but it will be well worth the effort.
