HOLIDAY FUN, ANYONE?

Hello ,

I sincerely hope each and every one of you have happy holidays. I know this time of year can be rough if we have expectations, we feel alone or unappreciated, etc. Not many of us have (or would even want) a Hallmark holiday. But just make it your own, do what you enjoy doing, go for fun and laughter, and be grateful for every little thing. Let the holiday magic begin!

WRITE A NEW STORY

For the holidays, are there upsetting episodes when you visit family or friends? Tap into the power of story to change that situation. Sit down and write a new story, the one you want to happen. Feel the emotion associated with your new story, a positive and uplifting one like joy, peace, or happiness. See if that shifts the energy of your encounter, and try using our Faery Corner tip below as a double whammy.

SEND LOVE AHEAD

Shift the energy of where you're going by sending love ahead before leaving home (or wherever you are). Can you imagine how you would do this?

I set an intention to send love ahead and then envision a pink sphere or heart of light whooshing along to the destination. I feel great love and gratitude along with this visualization.

But your way may be entirely different. How would you send love ahead?
