SHAKE IT OFF!

A few years ago my workshop leader taught that following trauma, animals reset their nervous systems by shaking. They tremble and shiver off the stress (after nearly being mauled by a hungry predator, for example). They then calmly resume munching grasses, or whatever else they were doing.

We don't do that. We stop ourselves because trembling may be considered a sign of weakness. It must not be socially acceptable. For whatever reason, we don't let ourselves reset our nervous systems and instead store that trauma in our bodies, leading to PTSD and other problems.

Keep this in mind, and don't be afraid to cut loose and release, even if later in the privacy of your home or vehicle. Be a cutting-edge leader and shake it off.

    READING THE SIGNS AND SYNCHRONICITIES

The faery folk live in a much more fluid world than we do. They imagine their way hither and yon. But we are in this dense, 3-D world where we might not even have a clue about what big changes are about. So when it appears that our lives are going down the tubes, we may just be evolving into a new, better life. Keep in mind that I began reconnecting with the angels just weeks before my March challenges began.

There were so many signs and things that fell into place during my current drama, that I knew to not give up hope. The day that my husband had his health crisis, my brother and his wife were already headed down from central Florida to join us in the Keys. One phone call to them, and they got to the hospital before I did. They also got us a room and stayed with me for several days so I could get my bearings back. 

My best friend from the little corn town in Ohio where we grew up lived just a half hour from the hospital. She not only came to see me, but invited for me to stay with her in her lovely condo surrounded by beautiful shimmering waters. The list goes on and on. I was being helped. Big time.

So don't give up the ship when it starts to capsize. Look for the signs, ask for help, and you will receive it.
