IT'S OKAY TO FEEL YOUR ANGER

So many of us have bottled up anger. Remember all those times your parents and society expected you to be cool and calm, to deny the anger bubbling up inside. There's some kind of taboo around anger. It's just not acceptable.

However, repressing or suppressing your anger, and even rage, isn't the best for anyone. It's not good for your body. Having been trained to be "good" at everything (good daughter, good wife, good mother, etc.), I have spent years releasing all the anger I have denied and swallowed. (Among other things, I have used homeopathic remedies, tapping or EFT: Emotional Freedom Technique, and flower essences for releasing.)

Of course, the key to releasing anger is to be kind and gentle. That is super important, not to just flip out and lose it and to be cruel to others. Once you become your authentic self, you'll be ready to shine.

    GO AHEAD AND BE SILLY

We as adults can be a somber lot. Not so with the Sidhe, the fae. They feel the joy. It's practically inevitable, since they vibrate at a much higher rate than we humans.

I'm convinced that the Divine has a great sense of humor. We are meant to laugh, have fun, joke around, but all in a loving, kind way--the cardinal rule. I wonder if those who are more highly evolved also have a greater sense of humor. I've been watching Monty Python's Best Bits on Netflix, which is quite silly and even hilarious at times. That wild British sense of humor.

At any rate, it's important to be silly, to laugh often and well, and to see the humorous side of each and every situation. So go ahead. And enjoy.
