TRUE BLISS IS IN THE AIR
Hello ,
I decided to post after V-Day because it's a temperamental holiday. I remember the years long ago when I had no sweetheart and felt a bit wilted when February 14th arrived. Silly me. Now I know that love is available to us in many forms. I am definitely in love with my family and friends and my pets and the earth and sky and nature and the days that flow gently, with kindness and fun companions, among other things. (Also, my amazing
husband who is disabled, but still a lot of fun.) Know that if you don't have that special someone, you are very special and loved by the powers that be. Honest.
I have been reading the most intriguing book, Bliss Brain, by Dawson Church. I bought the ebook on sale, hoping I would find clues to help my husband with his stroke recovery. Instead, it's
helping me, as well. Dawson has included eight 16-minute MP3 meditations to bring bliss to the brain. He has learned that you can achieve positive brain states that normally would take a Tibetan Monk 10,000 hours to crack. In just weeks of short sessions! As you reprogram your brain's enlightenment circuits, the fear and anxiety circuits atrophy. Your true abundance can some to you more easily, and you can weather life's storms with grace and ease. I highly
recommend taking a look at his book.
And so, my dears, some free books below to bring some literary love to you. May you find great joy in your days, and peace and healing in your nights.
Sending you a big Valentine Hug! And
blowing you kisses,
Cathy
