FLOWERS & GREENERY EVERYWHERE
Hello ,
The spring finery of flowers bursting everywhere in brilliant colors has continued with the lush green leaves decking out all the trees again. It's definitely been a beautiful spring here in Pittsburgh. Spectacular and inspirational. And yet we've been having some overcast, dark and wet days as well, so I suppose those days are to help us integrate the light pouring in so steadily on our sunny days. It's all about balance.
I have enjoyed two events here, at my Northland Library and Robinson Township Library, where we authors gathered and shared our books for sale to the public. I enjoyed connecting with old friends and made some new ones. Plus, we were treated like visiting royalty at both events: at Northland we spoke about our writer journeys to a crowd and were treated to lunch in our own
private lounge. Many thanks to Kati Colemen. At Robinson, potential readers were shooed upstairs from the book sale below. Plus, Samantha Kish (Thanks, Sam!) bought books from us for the Robinson shelves.
What's bursting forth these days in your life? Have you made plans for the summer? I predict our abundant spring will burst forth into an even more
abundant summer. Let's count on it!
Please feel free to browse the free books and have the best time every day. Enjoy the balmy days ahead.
