AREN'T YOU THANKFUL THAT YOU AREN'T A TURKEY?
Hello ,
I just finished reading Big Magic by Elizabeth Gilbert. She's the lady who wrote Eat, Pray, Love. Her non-fiction book, Big Magic, weaves a story about the creative life. The information rings true with me, but it's so entertaining and funny that almost anyone would love it.
But on to the magic of gratitude. I know I've touched on this before, but it will lift you up and set you on the highest road of your good. Especially when all is falling apart and you'd like to cuss and scream. ( Do that first, and then move into gratitude mode.) I like to mention this at Thanksgiving, but every day I give thanks. There's always something to be grateful for. And as I work to establish my author career, I have learned to give thanks for what I hope
to see in my life: the Big Dream. To see how that comes out, tune in later....
