Summer's flying, like it always does. I have had lovely swims at Pittsburgh's North Park Pool, considered largest in the USA and second largest in the world when it opened on July 5, 1937. (It was built for the 1936 Olympic trials but not finished in time, but we don't really want to talk about that.) At the same time, I've been using lots of homeopathic remedies for everyone in the family, so I guess we've all been evolving at record speed!

I sincerely hope your summer has been full of fun and great times.

I had an "aha" moment when talking with a friend about the healing modaliites I love to use. Pharmaceutical drugs were created by man, and many times can be helpful, but the side effects can be troublesome or harmful.
