Happy Thanksgiving for those in the USA. Our holiday seems centered around a big meal and celebrating with relatives, but there can be way more to it. For me, it's about gratitude, but gratitude is a daily event for me, especially in these troubling times.
At the risk of repeating myself, I will say that gratitude can lift you up almost instantly. If you can remember,
start listing all the things that you are grateful for when your mood starts to plummet. It's also best to make a list of three things you are grateful for every single day.
