THE SEA OF LOVE

What if all the love we ever wanted is available to us if only we know how to access it? I am beginning to believe that this may be true. I'm not talking about only romantic love, but love in all shapes, sizes, and forms.

What if???

In my metaphysical studies, I am constantly learning about raising my vibration, keeping it high, and accessing things I thought totally impossible. I have a sea of spirit beings who help me, my soul flame inside me, and my higher self who is a vast source of energy and love and healing. I got to thinking about it, and I kinda think there might be something in this idea.

How do you access the Sea? You have to be aware of when you are resisting receiving. You have to increase your set point for that by bodywork, therapy, releasing old patterns, by being in the moment. 

Just set an intention to receive more love into your life and see what happens. Don't you just love to experiment???

JOURNEY TOTHE FAERY GLEN OF PRECIOUS STONES

There's a lovely book by Hugh Mynne published in 1998, now out of print that tells of the fae, The Faerie Way. One of the journeys within it is to the Glen of Precious Stones. This is the place where the Sidhe restore their energy in a fountain of light. I will just give you a very short version of this to give you the idea, but you can imagine a trip there on your own. I have always been fascinated by this place.

You can relax and get in a meditative mood and use your breath to reset your nervous system. Just imagine the four faery cities, one in each direction: east, south, west, and north. In the middle lies the Glen and you can imagine that the way there lies just outside your front door.

It's night with a full moon, and when you travel in your mind outside, you are in the land of the fae, your house perched on a hill there. There are mountains with watchfires atop them and the Glen in the distance, just a glow of ruby red in the distance.

As you navigate there, you see many trees and animals, and you are accompanied by a faery ally and your spirit animal. When you finally come to the Glen, a heart shaped area, you see the fountain of light, red and flowing upward, and the faeries, tall and luminous, bathing in the fountain. Precious gemstones are everywhere, glittering, lending power to this amazing place. 

Your faery ally wades into the fountain, followed by your spirit animal, and then it is your turn. The fountain is more than light, it's music, and joy and eternal peace. You bask in it with your companions until you are ready to return to your world. So, you leave the world of the faeries, retrace your journey, slip back into your house and give thanks for the Sidhe and the amazing Glen of Precious Stones. You can return there anytime you wish.
